By installing or using Restock Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Service description

Restock Pro is a Shopify app that enables merchants to collect back-in-stock subscription emails and send automated restock notifications when inventory is replenished.

Merchant responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, including email marketing and privacy regulations.
• Obtain any required consent from customers before sending marketing communications.
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product data in Shopify.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, especially during the free beta period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restock Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.
